Call to Order: The meeting was called to order at 7:15pm by board president Mustafa. This meeting was on March 9th and was held at Mini's on Green Bay Avenue.

Prior Meeting Minutes: February meeting minutes were approved.

Treasurer's Report: Will provided a report for the period of 2/10/2000 to 3/9/2000. There were no deposits and disbursements were made for postage ($300.94), printing ($93.72), Bucks game ($825.00) and Road America deposit ($2000.00).

Monthly report 2/10/1999 to 3/09/2000

Balance on 2/10/2000 - $9,207.08
Deposits - $0
Disbursements - $3219.66
Balance on 2/10/2000 - $5987.42
Certificates of Deposit - $12,000
Totals Funds – 2/10/2000 - $17,987.42

Membership: Mustafa provided a membership count of 682+ as of 2/17/2000. Last month was 674 and at end of last year was 615.

Old Business:

Bylaw update – Nothing to report.

Black Hawk Driving School – We won't have a weekend school at Black Hawk this year. We will try for a weekend date next year. Larry will check on the availability of a week day session. At the holiday party someone won a certificate for the Black Hawk drivers school. We must determine what we will give as substitute. Probably what ever the Black Hawk school would have cost off the cost of the Road America school.

Club Logo – Mustafa asked for an update on the club logo. Darcy wants to find a better picture for the car on the logo. She will work with Jenny Morgan and Bob Clark to get a line drawing done based on a CSL instead of a CS coupe.

Bucks Basketball Game – Dave provided an update on the Bucks game. 13 members and guest attended. The rest of the tickets were sold (most to a scalper). The original cost of the tickers was $825 and total proceeds were $425 giving a loss of $400 on the event. If we do this event next year we probably won't discount the tickets so much.

Events Calendar – Mary said the she would look after the events calendar for the coming year.

Road Rally – Peter has a rally ready for use. The date will be April 15th and the starting point will be Hardees in Delafield. Clarence will get a notice in the next newsletter.

Old Business (continued):

Shoreline Cruise – Paul investigated a trip on the SS Badger for club. The boat does one shoreline cruise per year. This year its on May 20th. Since this is the day before the Trefpunkt Car Show we decided to pass this year.

Sunset Playhouse Play – The date will be March 11th at the 9pm show. Clarence will send an email to find out how many tickets are required. He will then purchase the tickets for everyone that is going.

Trefpunkt Car Show – Clarence provided an update on the status of the car show. We will have 2 buildings on the fair grounds for our use. We will have the activity center and the dairy barn. Both are large, well lighted buildings with concrete floors. Clarence and Brad are discussing if the cars should be outside if weather permits or should be inside regardless of the weather. Clarence will also work on getting a sign made to hang at the fairgrounds to announce the event.

Chapter Forms – Darcy said that all forms due by the 31st of March have been submitted.

New Business:

Thank You letter – A thank you letter was received from Joan Zimmermann. Clarence will publish the letter in the next newsletter.

Autocross – Bob Clark talked about the availability of dates for an autocross school and event at Case high school in Racine. We can take over dates that were going to be used by Windy City. The dates are weekends of 6/17 – 6/18 and 8/26 – 8/27. We will take the 6/18 date and may also take the 8/27 date. Clarence will put an announcement in the next newsletter. The rental for the lot is around $50 and we will charge $20 for members and $25 for non-members. We may also order some food for lunch and charge for the food. Bob is willing to teach a shortend version of the SCCA class if we are interested.

Adjournment: Mustafa adjourned the meeting at 8:30. The next meeting will be held on April 13th at Mini's.
