Call to Order: The meeting was called to order at 7:26 by Darcy. The meeting was on March 14th, and was held at Ivarson, Inc.

Prior Meeting Minutes: The February meeting minutes were approved.

Treasurer's Report: As of March, the club has $19,378.42. The Holiday party cost $3821.42 and income was 1850.00 for a net loss of $1971.42

Membership: 772 members. BMW CCA has 66,040 members vs. 57869 last year at this time

Old Business:

Car Control Clinic: Chris Fredette reported that the event will be held at the WCTC campus at a rate of $500.00. The maximum number of students is limited to 40. The Audi and Mercedes Benz clubs will be invited to participate.

Member Badges: The Badger Bimmer name tag design was approved.

Spring Clean Up: John Morgan is coordinating the event with Mike Loos.

Fall Tour: Will be to Nighthawks Tap near LaCrosse on October 26th. Greg Smith will coordinate.

New business:

Immer Editor: Clarence resigned as newsletter editor. A search for his replacement will be initiated. There was a brief discussion regarding electronic distribution of the Immer. Nationals position on this issue must be researched.

M-B Club Combined Events: Discussed coordinating travel to the Chicago Auto Show next winter, and combined Autocross events

Adjournment: Darcy adjourned the meeting at 8:20. The next meeting will be held on April 11th.at 7:00 PM. Location is Upstairs at the BBC at North Ave, and Farwell.
