Old Business
The Holiday Party January 15, 2000
We have already received a few reservations. Don't be left out! Send your reservations in soon. It's going to be a good one! Brad and Moose will collect door prizes from vendors who have committed to donating nifty items. Mary and Darcy will prepare the door prizes for display, label a box for each prize, and provide raffle tickets to be distributed to everyone attending the party. Members and guests will be able to drop tickets into the boxes designating the prizes they'd like to win. Drawings will be held through out the festivities.

The Board decided to ask each member and guest to bring non-perishable food items to the party. All items will be served for dinner! Just kidding. We're going to give them to one of our favorite organizations, the Hunger Task Force.

Immer Software (Clarence Behrend)
Clarence has purchased and installed PageMaker 6.5 Plus. He reports that it's presenting a major learning curve. Hang in there Clarence!

Elections (John Morgan and Paul Szedziewski)
The nominating committee, (John Morgan, Jenny Morgan, and Paul Szedziewski,) presented a slate of nominees. Ballots will be included in the January Immer and members are asked to mail their ballot by January 10th or to bring their ballot to the Holiday Party. The results will be announced at the party.

Bucks Game (Dave Herr) February 19, 2000
We're looking at a block of seats that are not in the nose-bleed? section. Their value is $35, but will be nicely discounted.

IMAX (Matt Buckau)
We received a very nice Thank-You letter fro the Hunger Task Force.

The 2000 Calendar (Dave Herr)
Dave worked up a calendar that includes Club events that have firm dates and some that have tentative dates. Clarence will publish the calendar in the newsletter and will up-date it as tentative dates are changed or confirmed.

By-Laws Amendments
Darcy Yench and John Morgan report that they are working on proposed changes.

Request from National for matching funds for charitable donations Brad Radcliffe reports that the representative from the Rainbow Hospice has submitted the forms to National. Brad will let us know if National comes through with $2,800 for the cancer hospice.

New Business
OctoberFAST (John Morgan)
O'FAST, 2000 will be held at Road America on October 6, 7, & 8, 2000

Road Rally
Peter Klinger, who stopped in but couldn't stay for the meeting, informed us that he won't be able to plan a rally for next April. We do will need someone (How about you?) to organize the rally. Peter will be happy to share plans from previous rallies.

Winter Driving Event (all of us)
We'd REALLY like to offer a Winter Driving event that is a bit closer than Germany. Winter Hess and Chris Fredette will check out the facilities, availability, and cost of holding an event at the Waukesha County Technical College.

Membership Meeting
There will be no Board meeting in January. However, we will conduct a general membership meeting at the Holiday Party. Our exalted leader, Moose, will give a brief State-of-the-Club address.

The meeting was adjourned at 8:05! Wow, did we ever get a lot done is a very short time. Good going everyone.
