New Business:

The BMW CCA chapter congress will be May 21-23, 2004 in Keystone, CO.  Chapter President, Treasurer and Membership Chair ar to attend.  Paul Sz will be the club membership chair.

Crisis Response Plan – According to the plan from national, we need to have in place at least one chapter spokesperson ( not the President).  This person should be a good communicator and someone who remains calm under pressure and can follow the guidelines set forth by national.  Mike Clemens was nominated and approved for the position.

ZF Public Service Awards application for 2004 are supposed to be simpler.  We should discuss a charity to work toward supporting for the upcoming year so we can apply for the matching funds.  – No viable options were immediately available so it was tabled for discussion in November.

There will be a national technical event instead of Gateway Tech.  It will travel to interested host chapters.  Does B.B. want to do this?  Scott Blazey, our regional VP will chair a committee organizing this event. – The board expressed interest in hosting this event, but would prefer to watch the evolution of the event over the next year to validate the interest level.

The Susan Komen Fund will drive 17 BMW's to Minneapolis on 9/26. Jeff was to verify the driver reservation system.

Steve Werner brought information regarding Logo wear from Lands End. Joe will follow up

Greg Smith wants to rebuild the web site with content management which would allow flexible security access.  This upgrade would allow authenticated users to upgrade the site, plus Forum integration,. Automatic uploads and Article Manager features. The 1 time fee of $300 was approved
